Return & Exchange Policy
  • All sales on wigs and hair products are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges are available for store credit only.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
  • This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Wig Fittings
  • Complimentary wig fitting consultations are available in our Saco, Maine store.
  • Each fitting is approximately 30 minutes and includes cap sizing, placement, and care tips.
  • Walk-ins are welcome. For guaranteed availability, reach out to us ahead of time by phone or text at (207) 831-6088.
Online Orders & Shipping
  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
  • The same return and exchange policy applies to all online orders.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
